I think the 1st fail is a warning, second is 10% of games (3 in basketball, 1 in football).

Yeah, I think the key here is Frank is saying the suspension is from him, he wouldn't claim those failed drug test supensions if he's saying this is only the 2nd he's given in 27 years.

This is 100% correct. What I wonder is what loophole Bosco used to get CK from being booted last season? Bad B sample? Medicinal prescription? I have a pretty good idea of what I think happened but it involves nerdy, sciencey stuff about pee pee that isn't interesting to anyone.

i think bosco just decided that kelly was more important than their rule.

it's just a school policy, if they don't choose to apply it, they don't have to explain why or pretend any test was invalid.
