I don't think you need to set the bar THAT high.  Let's say within 3 years....like Snyder.  Weis should be able to win 10 in a season within 3 years, right?

I'm hoping for him to try and call them out for supporting the basketball program more. Something like, "You guys are going to start paying less attention to basketball and more to football, blah blah blah..."

I don't think you need to set the bar THAT high.  Let's say within 3 years....like Snyder.  Weis should be able to win 10 in a season within 3 years, right?

I wouldn't even go that far.  Weis has a history of scheduling a brutal non-conference schedule as a head coach in CFB.  So, let's just set the bar at finishing second in the conference by his third year.
