So Milo is turning 4 in a couple of months but I think her hips are going bad. Basically when she sits now she puts one leg under and is slow to get up.

She is fine and full of energy once she gets up but I've definitely noticed her sitting on her "side hip" a lot more this year. When I take her hunting, after a long day, she has trouble jumping back in the vehicle or onto the couch back at the house.

I"ll mention it to the vet here in a couple of months when she gets her checkup but was wondering if anybody had some advice on supplements/etc to give her.

Here is an example of her back legs side sit which is how she sits all the time now.

Old neighbor/cop had a k9 and he used to give it lots of glucosamine for joints.

Not sure if that’s a real thing though

4 is pretty young to be having hip problems  :frown:

Do her back feet turn outwards when she's standing?

Is it BYOP for puppy yoga or is a puppy provided? There's a goat yoga place down here and they provide the goats.

That is awesome.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

My mom called me a little bit ago crying. She lost one of her poms tonight. She was 12, Delilah was her name. It was not from natural causes and is about the worst possible way it could have happened. Very sad night tonight  :frown:

She does have another one that just turned 2 tho to keep her company which I am very glad about.

Took lady and Milo to the vet the other day for their shots and they are both in good health.

Vet tried to pull a fast one on me when he claimed to find some flea feces (it was dirt) on lady and mentioned they have some product I could buy and kill them in 2 hours.

I gave them a bath yesterday and no fleas were found.

Listen here pet doctor man, that may work on KU Karl and Karla when they drop by to get their Chihuahua Reesing his shots after looking at flowers they can't afford at Halings greenhouse but it's not gonna work on me.

My mutt sandy has a hurt knee.  Vet doesn't think it's torn, just strained.  She's strong, my wife runs her 16 miles a week or so.  54 lbs, looks like a small lab mixed with a cur or something.

She was unsure how to eat it and carried the whole thing around in her mouth for a minute or so before I cut it up for her.
