136! My parents moved a bit when I was very young. I also didn't "stay" anywhere. I would go up if I counted places I stayed the night as "stay"

overnight stay. visit is I drove there and ate dinner and drove back. I don't think us Kansans do a lot of "visits" but I can see it applying if you are a new englander and visited rhode island or some crap.

airport layovers I put "passed here" and not "stopped here" which I think would mean like stopped at a gas station.

lived: obvious (KS and NE for me)
stayed: overnight stay in a hotel or whatever
visited: drove there to actually do something there. like drove to shitty rhode island to visit the rhode island museum of bullshit.
stopped here: stopped for lunch or something on your way somewhere else. (I don't think I had any of these)
passed here: drove through a state without stopping or lay over at an airport there.

damn, which two are you missing? I plan to never visit multiple states and use it as a flex on anyone from those states. Mississippi? Wow, I've never been there. What do they do there? Oh yeah? That's fascinating. I'll probably never see that.

i only put stayed for where my grandparents live where i've been cumulatively like 6 months of my life or whatever.
visited if i've spent at least a night and done something in a place

never been to OR, RI, NH

Hawaii and Alaska are my last two stops. My wife wants to do an Alaskan cruise this year, so I’ll be able to cross that bad boy off.

Honestly the only state that I couldn’t find a great quality was Idaho. That place sucks.
