Portland's basically a cross between Denver, CO and Seattle, WA. It's modern, progressive, and arguably the greenest city in the United States. In other words, red neck douchebags like jtksu and SugarSnatch hate it.

Portland is what happened when Jeff City got high and had sex with Anchorage. A bunch of white people in a cold city who like to talk about doing stuff outside, but who are too poor or strung out to do anything but sleep in a gutter and fight bums about who had "dibs" on that dumpster. People that choose to live there, do so based on delusions of grandeur, just like lawrence. It's really an awful, awful place, just like lawrence.

But hey, you can get clean needles there! So your chance of getting HIV are about 100 times higher if you use heroin (for the idiots, a needle is only clean the first time you use it).
