They count as stayed. I laid out the very clear rules. Calling them anything else is ridiculous.

What SD said. I "stayed in DC" when I was there for vacation but I "visited" Virginia when I went across the river to Arlington National Cemetery.

I went with 118. My northeast is a mystery. I know where I lived super young  and I’m certain I stayed in many there, but went with “stopped” for all of those to low estimate and average them out with the ones that should only be “passed.”

I have no “visited.”

The “drunk in” is way more fun and memorable, even if the only memory is “pak’d, ____, woke up.”
