Bracketmatrix is the best way to get a good read of possible seedings. But even their consensus has aTm and St Mary's with 7s
Texas A&M is 6-9 in SEC. Very similar boat to OU where they don't want to drop 2 of last 3
St Mary's was a 7 seed last year. I have studied Bracketology long enough, I know when and when not to compare years.
2017 SM, 2018 SM (Comparison)
Record = 28-4, 25-4
SOS = 78, 159
Q1 wins = 3, 2
Q2 Wins = 4,1
4 losses in 17' - 3 were Q1 (all Zags), 1 Q2
4 losses in 18' - 2 Q2 and 2 Q3 (so 2 bad losses)
Their resume doesn't match up to other 7-8 seeds this year. They are 10-11 seed material
