For what it's worth....

Right now, I think Ksu is in Last 4 in. With VA Tech, Houston, Boise St

the 4 right above last 4 in..... arkansas , USC, Mizzou, Washington

first 2 teams not in.... SMU, Georgia,

My educated guess right now...

9-9 entering B12T, we are probably last 4 in. Losing 1st Rd game in KC, and odds of making it aren't good.

Go 10-8...we are good. Probably a 10 seed, avoiding the play in game. Maybe get as good as a 9 if we make B12T semis.

Somehow go 11-7.…we are solid. Probably in the 8 vs 9 game.

As of now...that's my thoughts

Have you guys noticed how hot garbage-y the big 10 and P12 are. They're looking at only getting 4 teams in each.

The other P5 are going to get 6-8 teams in each.

Both the B10 and P12 will get 5 in the dance. I'm not saying that they're not garbage-y but several of those garbage-y teams are still ahead of us.

The Big 10 isn't garbage, they're just top heavy and all of the good teams are in the east. Like the old Big 12, they don't have their standings by division but their schedules are unbalanced and they do them by the football division. The Big 10 west is far and away the worst division in major college basketball this year.

You look at the standings and see Nebraska in fourth and it's like

then you realize most of their games are against teams ranked 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13 in a 14 team conference and they only have 3 top 100 wins.

I think it's fair to say the 5th team from those conf right now are Washington and Nebraska, and if we're not ahead of those teams irl this thing is rigged.

There are 3 good teams, 1 okay team and 10 trash teams. It's the AAC.

Arizona State has the best noncon resume in the country and then fell off a cliff once P12 play started. Makes no sense.

I bet both the P12 and the big 10 get 5 teams in somehow.

I turned on a Cal game once this year and they were losing by 30 to Central Arkansas or something and I haven't watched them again. I will try to watch if Bill Walton is on the call, though. He's great.

Nebraska is 9-4 with 18 total wins. But they have 0 "Tier 1" quality wins and 3 Quality 2 wins. 12 of their 18 W are vs teams outside the RPI 150. Weak non con and Conference schedule. That's why they are on wrong side of bubble right now.

It wasn't expcted that Northwestern Minnesota & Wisconsin would be combined 12-25 in conference with only 7 combined Tier 1 & 2 wins

Pac12 - they have 3 awful teams. But the teams 5-9 according to RPI rankings, all have 4 or fewer good Tier 1 & 2 wins. KState has 7 wins for a reference.
