1) MIR is correct with the 6 sub 225 teams we played being hurtful. The positive thing is that despite our very poor Non-Con, we have been able to win some quality games, especially on the road. Our non con wasn't great last year, but it was 236. If it was 330, we don't make it last year. But if it was 136, I believe we still are an 11 seed or still among the Last 4 In (all 4 were 11 seeds).
2) 2011, you might recall Colorado getting left out of NCAA despite going 8-8 and beating us 3 times (Meanwhile we were a 5 seed at 10-6). Colorado was 16-11 overall with a 325 Non-Con SOS (Ours was 34 that year). And they only had 2 other Top 100 wins. They had more losses to sub 101 teams (2) than road wins vs top 100 (1) that year. Lack of good wins + horrible schedule is a bad formula, especially when it's a 16-11,8-8 team
