Now is as good a time as any to move bskball back to Ahearn.

You know what I'm thinking?

Blow up Ahearn and build an awesome retro/contemporary venue and make sure it's done without all the code and utility issues.

Parking might be crazy but buses running from the Ville and BSFS would probably do.

One time me and my buds snuck in there to practice punts and the football got stuck on the catwalk. You could climb a ladder and get up there but the gate was locked from getting off the ladder to the catwalk, its like a trap door thing. So he climbs on the OUTSIDE of in and hops on there. Terrifying to watch.

I played at that club when I worked at Amanda Arnold but the tennis team played at Ahearn at that point.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but you already have to go down stairs in Vanier to get to the locker rooms...

While that may be true, it's only one level down.

The football stadium has, what, 45 rows from field level to concourse level? How tall is each row? 10 inches? That's 38 feet! Even if we have tall 12 foot ceilings in our new Vanier castle, that is three stories straight down. The players would have to enter at ground level and take the escalator down to basement one, then another escalator down to basement two, and then finally a third escalator down to basement three. The more I think about this, the more unlikely I think this sounds.
