everyone I've talked to says to think bigger, well I tried to think of something I've never considered, and this is what I came up with.

1. Huge Vanier 2.0 in the area where the hall of fame/hotel were going to go, basic concept of the BTF on the east, but on the west of Bramlage with more square footage/football facility concepts. (Could be constructed at any point, not affecting Bill's day-to-day. demo Vanier 1.0 after and enclose the north similar to Georgia on a smaller scale w/ the same concept as our south and a bigger scoreboard.)



2. Lowest level of the facility is down a story or two, and closest to the stadium/in between/underground is the huge locker room with tunnel built to the field. (would need to be completed in an off-season)

Puts facility close to the indoor and outdoor practice facilities.

yeah shooter did a pretty good job of displaying what I was getting at. 
I would go further and make the NEZ the area for new fan development.  Put a hotel up there, add a hall of fame or some other nonsense.

A couple of quick thoughts.

How feasible is it to build a tunnel thru the SW corner? Is seems like the locker room would have to be WAY underground to get it down to field level.  I love the idea of a tunnel entrance to the stadium, but I'm not wild about the idea of players having to go down a couple flights of stairs to a sub-basement level, just to get to the locker room in the first place.

Where would the visitor locker room be? A small facility in the north end somewhere?

I assume the plan includes finally getting rid of the high-schoolish metal bleachers above the SE and SW corners. This would go along well with the thought I had earlier in the thread to add some permanent seats in the NEZ that look good without causing a large increase in total capacity.

I'm going back to eliminating a softball field (SW) and then just using that chunk of land plus the GA parking/grass lot for a practice facility similar to Oklahoma State's.

Do we really need four softball fields?  Really?

There's like 7 of them actually, all told.

I thought about the tunnel thing quite a bit before posting, because although it's pretty extreme, I wanted it to be a real possibility. But the only real reasoning I came up with, is that they dug that far to get to the field level, why not a tunnel at close to that level? the stands would be pretty simple to build back over the top if needed. And although the locker room wouldn't be field level, it would be pretty deep with a slight decline in the tunnel down to the field. I just thought it'd be a great opportunity for escalator possibilities.. something similar to this, but a sweet ass locker room and going deeper depending on how far down it is:

Yes, make the same tunnel in either the NW or NE corner mirroring the SW one to our locker room

maybe I wasn't clear.. but the escalators would go from the main level of the facility down into the locker room, it would just be the tunnel from the locker room out to the stadium.

I thought about that too, but seems like it would be cool to do hologram helmet of other team getting blown up as a hologram too. Sure, we've got the dough to have a real train and make a real helmet get blown up, but I don't want to wait while one of our AD servants clean up the mess.

Clemson has to bus from the lockerroom to the stadium. I think Georgia has to as well.
