I have my take home final for my incredibly hard physiocalcular biomechaninuclear athletic department facilities planning and engineering (PBAD 905) and there's one question on the test that I'm really struggling with. Would someone with great expertise in this field please throw me a bone and help me answer this question. You should know that I grew up homeless and am paying my way through K-State while working full time at the east side Taco Bell. I have a 4.0 thus far, but if I don't pass this class I won't graduate. Also, this question is worth 95% of the grade on the final and the final is worth 95% of the grade in the class. I've done hours of research, but I still haven't found the answer. If you know the answer, please, please, please help me out. I'll hook you up with free cinnamon twists.

east football stadium parking lot repairs. The scope
of work encompasses a 79,000 sq. yd. area identified for
pavement patching, a double bituminous surface treatme
nt, restriping and parking space numbering. The
estimated cost for the work is $1.0 million. No state mone
y will be used for any of the repairs. The project will
be funded by K-State Athletics funds on deposit at the KSU Foundation.

I've got it on good authority that the limestone wall component of the work has now been shelved until further notice.  Apparently the estimated amount of work required to level the base of the wall was far greater than initially thought and would interfere with other "code related" essential work that must be completed.

we can figure out how to build a WSC in less than 1 year, but can't figure out how to make a limestone wall or trees work, gmafb k-state

Maybe Currie is just going to have  a "plant a family tree" day where K-State families willing to pay $3000 can drive their family tree around the stadium before the game and then go plant it out front and put a sign with their family name in front of it.
