Also, on Marshall, he's said in the past that A) he's a quarterback, and B) he's expecting to play quarterback and (probably) start wherever he goes. He screwed up by going to Georgia, and he's not making that same mistake twice.
This is a kid that may go to a BCS school that gives him the best chance to be "the man" on Day 1, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that Daniel Sams is beyond legit. I could easily see Marshall leaning IU if he thinks he has to compete with Sams and he thinks we're wanting Waters more.
And if we get Waters, as much as I'd like him to come here, Marshall is off of the board.
