Assume that kid is a walk-on?  If you have to add "I'll also be playing football", you're probably not very good at football.

Love what scout had to say about him:

Quote
Good kick returner where he takes the ball upfield and does not hesitate. Returned a kickoff in the opening week by breaking tackles and cutting all the way to the left and then cutting back all the way to the right. As a running back he needs room to to work because he can't break tackles.

Will love to see scout team footage of him going against our defense, who can't make tackles. It will be like the irresistable force meets the immovable object, except the opposite.

new 2012 commit.

Vernon Vaugh...6-2/6-3 190lb WR/TE out of Sumner Academy.

highlights: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tSfeeA-dX0
Academics is a stupid word.

Academic schools are synonymous for being rich, powerful and exclusive, three things Kansas State is not.

So when people throw the word "academics" around, that's really what they are referencing.

He'll be playing football somewhere other than Kansas State.

Southlake (Texas) Carroll LB Will Davis committed to K-State Saturday. “Out of everywhere I visited, I feel at home there," Davis said.

Davis might not be the only Metroplex player soon to join the K-State commit list. Could be a big upcoming week for K-State in Dallas.

most think it's this kid...http://rivals.yahoo.com/kansasstate/football/recruiting/player-Kolby-Listenbee-110672

he's deciding today, I think, between KSU, TCU, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech.  Would like a legit shot at QB but he is fine playing another position.  Loves Snyder and Joe Gordon.  Stud athlete w/ a lot of D-1 talent on his team.

Amoako twins might be committing soon, too.  Both have offers from Purdue and Pitt and I think Boise State may have offered since last update.

So, is this kid decent or what?  Looks like K-State was his only listed offer.

Texas Christian University coach Gary Patterson has been hired as Kansas State's 34th football coach, multiple sources have confirmed to GoPowercat.com.  Patterson replaces Ron Prince, who was fired Wednesday. - Tim Fitzgerald   Nov, 7, 2008

do a search on him.  he has a 10 minute or so video on the web.  i watched right after we offered.  IMO he's not as big, fast, explosive, or athletic as you want but he's certainly adequate enough in all of those categories.  he's just a really good football player.  he's a very sure tackler and always, always around the ball.  great instincts.  he comes from a tremendous program.  it's hard to bet against guys like him because you know what you're getting and, in that respect, he's a coach's dream.  He'll probably be a 5.5 rating by rivals or right around there.  He's certainly better than Hrebec.

And solid stool is certainly better than explosive diarrhea...

It appears he actually may be a Division 1 linebacker, so we're moving in the right direction!

pretty sure Bill has already died and Sean is just wearing a suit made of his skin...the zipper is safely hidden by the pants pulled up to his nipples.
