Good kick returner where he takes the ball upfield and does not hesitate. Returned a kickoff in the opening week by breaking tackles and cutting all the way to the left and then cutting back all the way to the right. As a running back he needs room to to work because he can't break tackles.
Love what scout had to say about him:QuoteGood kick returner where he takes the ball upfield and does not hesitate. It will be like the irresistable force meets the immovable object, except the opposite.
Academics is a stupid word.Academic schools are synonymous for being rich, powerful and exclusive, three things Kansas State is not. So when people throw the word "academics" around, that's really what they are referencing.
Anyone know much about this Zorell Ezell kid we just offered? He looks like he has interest from some really good schools...
If it were up to me, Wintz would be on a fan scholarship, full ride.

jeremycrabtree Jeremy Crabtree ESPN Davis might not be the only Metroplex player soon to join the K-State commit list. Could be a big upcoming week for K-State in Dallas.
jeremycrabtree Jeremy Crabtree ESPN Southlake (Texas) Carroll LB Will Davis committed to K-State Saturday. “Out of everywhere I visited, I feel at home there," Davis said.

Looks like K-State was his only listed offer.

Would like a legit shot at QB but he is fine playing another position. Loves Snyder and Joe Gordon. Stud athlete w/ a lot of D-1 talent on his team.Amoako twins might be committing soon, too. Both have offers from Purdue and Pitt and I think Boise State may have offered since last update.

Looks like K-State was his only listed offer.do a search on him. he has a 10 minute or so video on the web. i watched right after we offered. IMO he's not as big, fast, explosive, or athletic as you want but he's certainly adequate enough in all of those categories. he's just a really good football player. he's a very sure tackler and always, always around the ball. great instincts. he comes from a tremendous program. it's hard to bet against guys like him because you know what you're getting and, in that respect, he's a coach's dream. He'll probably be a 5.5 rating by rivals or right around there. He's certainly better than Hrebec.
Davis was recruited to K-State, by associated head coach Sean Snyder."Sean Snyder is the coach who recruited me," Davis said. "We have built a great relationship over the phone and when I was up there I felt comfortable talking to him.
