I think Dorial Green-Beckham is considering KSU. He's the #2 player in the upcoming class.

Oh wait, nevermind. He's coming to Arkansas to play in the SEC.
Three words: Tate Snyder Bitch  :comeatme:

You left out a key two words: "is a". Figure out where to put it.

Are you in middle school? You sound like you're in middle school. You are the least creative poster I have ever seen post on any site ever, and that's not an exaggeration. Talk crap on K-State all you want, I don't care, but you have to make it funny. Good God. Go sit in the corner, read a joke book or something, take some notes, regroup and come back.

No, I don't go to K-State

wut?

I feel you there, but were simply all they have. We're the only good team they beat this year, they pride themselves on that. It's getting old I know, but they have no lives, nothing else to do except come on a K-State board and keep talking up their win over us.

Yeah.  His 2010 video looks good.  Don't have anything from 2011.  I honestly have no idea if he'd start or if he's just depth.

3x2: http://www.tvcc.edu/athletics/football/pdf/CLASS%20OF%202011-12.pdf

played duel-threat QB for Orlando Edgewater in fall '09 and a '10 grad from hs.
Academics is a stupid word.

Academic schools are synonymous for being rich, powerful and exclusive, three things Kansas State is not.

So when people throw the word "academics" around, that's really what they are referencing.

his tackling is meh on that video but he is just  a true freshman on that vid and not sure if he played db in high school for edgewater.  he does have playmaking ability as evidenced by the two tds he scored.  that and he was one of the top ko returners in swjfc with a long of 73 yards.

I'm kind of hoping we land this guy, thinking he could come in right away and fill Lamur's spot unless Tuggle is just amazing in the off-season.

Shut up.  After this year, Snyder could sign MHK's entire senior class and I'd be okay with it.

We went to the Cotton Bowl and were ranked in the top 10.  The man is incredible and I am ashamed I ever doubted him.  Every building on campus should be named after him.

Prep signees by class:

2010: 12
2011: 13
2012: 16 (may still be a few more)

He's taking more and more per class.  It's becoming pretty clear he loves the grayshirt strategy as opposed to bringing them in and redshirting them at this point.  It gives us additional room at the end of the class to bring in JUCOs at necessary positions.

His recruiting at this point is actually pretty shrewd.  I've been really happy with it thus far.

Recruiting class rankings are more important to some people than actual on the field performance.  They are willing to ignore what players are actually in the program ("reality") to accommodate their belief that the only way k-state can be good is if it obtains a UT star-looking class.  This is what happens when people live in the internet.

RE: Stroud

Isn't Hutch CC basically k-state's AA Affiliate?  I'd think if this guy has any chance of qualifying, we'd have a pretty good shot at him.

I don't have a problem with what he's doing at all - I'm just reminding everyone that Snyder is a liar who at this point pretty much only cares about Sean getting the job when he leaves and little else. Still, he's incredible I'm sorry I doubted him, too.

how does that compare to places like MU, OSU, CU, or TT? I honestly don't know.

Me neither.  In fact, I don't think he wants Sean to get the job at all.  Don't kid yourself, he cares DEEPLY about his legacy and has to know that Sean isn't ready to be a head coach...and still won't be when he's ready to leave.  He obviously cares about getting Sean a head coach job SOMEWHERE, but he knows he'll fall flat on his face at K-State and really that's the only thing that can ruin Bill's legacy at this point.

I don't think he expects Sean to coach here.  I figure he is getting Sean legit coaching experience so he can land on his feet as an assistant somewhere in the Snyder coaching tree.  I think he knows Currie wouldn't let him take over and probably not stick around as Football Ops guy for the next coach either

I think he'd like for Sean to take over, but he's not naive enough to think it would happen, especially with this administration and how aggressive they are towards winning in football.

I 100% agree with everything you said, though.
