to measure out the perfect amount of sauce, i fill each folded corner triangle with the sauce before gnoshing it.

this is where poorly crafted 'goons cause problems.

Watched "Dirty Jobs" with Mike Rowe and they took whole crabs and cooked them in a large vat. Then they pulled them out and removed the legs and threw the bodies in a giant steam cooker. When it was full, they steam them until they turned to mush. They then took them out of the vat and put them in a large mixer. The result was GREEN MUSH!!! After Mike asked them what they do with the mush, they told him it goes to the places that make fake crab. At that point, I decided to never eat fake crab meat again. Oh and just for kicks they had Mike taste the green mush, and he all most threw up from the smell and site of it.

Only certain types of fish are used. They soak or maybe cook the flavoring into
the fish. That's why it tastes like crab.
Also, they do the same thing with the fake lobster flakes.

I came really close to having a double goon day. dinner tonight I had changs goons on the menu but I have a shitty fever and couldn't walk down there. #pissed
