Had Happy Dragon for lunch today. I had 4 rangoons. Can confirm I tore off all 4 pieces separately and dipped it in a soy, sweet & sour, & honey chicken combo. Was delish!

The dipping bowl part threw me a little. I would have thought for sure it would be a Dixie paper plate with the soak proof shield and some sort of floral pattern.

I put a drop of soy sauce in each corner, let it run down into the cheesecrab, pinch two corners, tear it in half and eat the soft half-pouch of cheesecrab first followed by the crunchy corners to give a nice contrast of texture. Then I do the other half

next time you are in kc please go to red snapper and get a salmon rangoon. it's not so much about the salmon part, it's just that the rangoon is like perfect temperature and texture and size and all that. wow.

thin. they are small compared to normal chinese take out goons but man are they tasty.

ok you convinced me. that's how the ones at changs are, really thin, small but tasty with real crab. getting some for lunch today!!

i don't like the super thick skinned goons. too crunchy for this poster (who also prefers thin potato chips to kettle fried).
