A year and a couple months in to this and unfortunately my waking hours have shifted and now I work from like 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM and I can't really get motivated to do much of anything past 11.

To cross over with India time more?
No, it has just kind of naturally happened.

Yes, never attempt to read the rules of the board game anymore to start. Always watch the youtube first then use the rulebook for clarification.

I'm quite obsessed with Disney Villainous. Marvel Villainous is pretty good too but not as polished as the Disney one (now has 3 expansions with a 4th in the works). Dixxit is another fun "apples to apples/cards against humanity" type of game that is good for families. Pandemic is fun but tough.

From a card games perspective, we also play quite a bit of Love Letters, Pop Tarts and Sushi Go.

Mass Produced, Pint Size: B&J
Mass Produced, larger format: Breyers
Low-Cal: Halo Top
Ice cream where they put a bunch of crap in it and mix it up: Vista Cyclone!

Doesn't get better for me though than Mango Kulfi from our local indian restaurant

Saul and I are on the same page except for Low-cal (I don't have much experience in this category) and mango kulfi?

I would say that gelato is very good, but impossible to find so it is probably overrated by me because I have such fond memories of it from Italy.
According to Wikipedia, technically not "Ice cream":

Kulfi is similar to ice cream in appearance and taste but denser and creamier.[2][4] It comes in various flavours. The more traditional ones are cream (malai), rose, mango, cardamom (elaichi), saffron (kesar or zafran), and pistachio. There are newer variations such as apple, orange, strawberry, peanut, and avocado. Unlike ice cream, kulfi is not whipped, resulting in a solid, dense frozen dessert similar to traditional chicken nuggets-based ice cream. Thus, it is sometimes considered a distinct category of frozen dairy-based dessert.[4] Due to its density, kulfi takes a longer time to melt than Western ice cream.

Quality of beer can’t be the metric. Wherever you are, odds are the best beer available is at a nearby brewery rather than from a can that crossed state lines.

Very good post.

Illinois has quite a bit of good stuff. My favorites are:
Dovetail for mostly traditional Bavarian beers
Half Acre for the hoppy side
Off Color for the funky experimental stuff
Maplewood
