idk, maybe im a typhoid mary up in herebasically everyone I know has had it now except me
how sure are you that you haven't had it?
According to Wikipedia, technically not "Ice cream":Mass Produced, Pint Size: B&J
Mass Produced, larger format: Breyers
Low-Cal: Halo Top
Ice cream where they put a bunch of crap in it and mix it up: Vista Cyclone!
Doesn't get better for me though than Mango Kulfi from our local indian restaurant
Saul and I are on the same page except for Low-cal (I don't have much experience in this category) and mango kulfi?
I would say that gelato is very good, but impossible to find so it is probably overrated by me because I have such fond memories of it from Italy.
Quality of beer can’t be the metric. Wherever you are, odds are the best beer available is at a nearby brewery rather than from a can that crossed state lines.Very good post.
Illinois has quite a bit of good stuff. My favorites are:Maplewood
Dovetail for mostly traditional Bavarian beers
Half Acre for the hoppy side
Off Color for the funky experimental stuff
Saul...best brewery in Topeka?Blind Tiger.
I slouch so aggressively in my office chair I may as well be in bedI do work from bed sometimes. It's pretty nice.

This weekend we are going on a Iowa/Minnesota road trip.Very jelly about Toppling Goliath. Plz report back.
Day 1 (today): Barn Town in West Des Moines
Day 2: Lua Brewing, Exile, Confluence
Day 3: Forager (Rochester, MN), Pulpit Rock and Toppling Goliath (Decorah, IA)
Day 2 is pretty flexible but I definitely want to hit up Lua.
Believe it’s called Nimble Brewing. I haven’t tried it yet. Their line up looks great, just haven’t made it there yet.GUYS!Is there a new Normal Brewing in Crossroads? Have seen pics from there. Enjoy the weekend trip.
About every other week i've been attempting to purchase BKS beers online. They go on sale at 7:00 PM Thursday nights and sell out by 7:01 or 7:02. It's insane.
I pick up on Friday or Saturday and then usually also hit up Alma Mader, and then Rochester for some beer & coffee.
There has been a few new breweries that have recently opened in KC in the past few weeks. Pathlight Brewing seems to be the most promising so far, with a good balance of Haze, west coast and pilsners. Haven't been or tried Rock Creek or Lost Evenings.
