I sat across the aisle from Nancy on a Delta flight from Omaha to DC last month. She seemed busy, polite, and smart. Also very old.

Hey guys, if you're a Chiefs fan and the Chiefs turn a win into a   clusterfuck of a loss, do not react in any way negatively.  You just take it.
it's mostly that this board is not a hotbed of Chiefs discussion so we all talk about it elsewhere

Inside every 8man is a socialist trying to get out . . . . fact

I've been pretty consistent, and never socialist.

Economic score: -0.52
Social score: -6.09

Your score pegs you as economically centristand socially libertarian.

Economic centrists generally support economic policy that they see as fit for specific situations, although they may have different views relating to taxes and regulation.

Social libertarians generally believe that the government should not judge morality, and are generally against the illegalization of things that do not directly affect other people in a negative way. Many strong social libertarians may also be social progressives, favoring legislation to correct what they see as socially backwards governmental regulation, although some simply wish for the government to make little judgment on social matters.

Post the vids, purpledick

Because your memory is so short 8manprick?
That is uncalled for, your username is a clear phallic reference, mine is not.

Please post the videos of the Democratic equivalent of the Jordan tantrum from either the Kavanaugh or Mueller hearings. Otherwise, do the honorable thing and acknowledge your tap out.

Kansas State Basketball / Re: Low shooting percentages...are they bad?
« on: November 14, 2019, 08:18:34 AM »
Not really. It means that the 1-32 is an outlier, and in future samples of 32 attempts, we can expect them to shoot closer to the percentage that reflects their true talent. It is not implicit that a positive outlier to offset the negative outlier will happen over the course of a relatively small set of samples.

I mean, 8 man seems fairly moderate to conservative lean if I had to place him.

Small sample sizes, regression to the mean, etc.

Today on twitter someone said there was a correlation between owning a 3 bar hat and being an old that doesn’t like the Cats script logo. I’ve reached that age in youths minds where everyone between 35 and 65 is the effectively the same age.
What is a “3 bar” hat? Adidas logo?

Going to a wedding of a friend to a girl named ‘Kayce’ soon. I didn’t bat an eye, but my non-Kansan wife thought it was pronounced “Case” instead of “Kay-see”, and it was a gay wedding.  It is not, but it’s solidly in the white people name, white people shame range.

as best as i can put together based on the comments in this thread, the popeye's biscuits are not actually biscuits.
Popeye’s biscuits are solid. There are a lot of bad opinions ITT from people who never went to Popeye’s before they had sandwiches, or have low quality opinions on biscuits in general (MIR)

J Kenji Lopez-Alt has this to say about Popeye's biscuits:

Quote from: Kenji
My loneliness turned to jubilation when they returned with not one, not two, but an entire box of biscuits. Those gloriously salty, crispy, fatty Popeye's biscuits that I'd put in the running for best biscuits world-wide, homemade or no.
