Purely hypothetical because Snyder likely wouldn't back off the "Co" designation. 

If it would have been, "I'll clear out all of their offices myself, and you can hire you own defensive staff, and I'll play you $500K a year", I suspect the conversation would have gone differently.

in the real world, snyder would have had to totally change who he is as a person and that wasn't going to happen. the only way snyder could've got him was to allow me or someone like minded to build a robot computer that looked and sounded exactly like snyder and then allowed us to take over negotiations. the real snyder is not/was not/is not in the future capable of making decisions like this. he just isn't. it's just as likely that he's going to start dunking basketballs on 10 ft goals this week as it is for him to fire staff and hand over tons of control to someone else.

The biggest problem out of all of this was only offering Jim the Co-DC job. Why not can Cosh's sorry ass and hand the reigns over to Leavitt? God damnit Snyder.

BTW, how much is Cosh fleecing the KSU and us on a yearly basis? Additionally - is there anyway we can convince ADJC to make his salary 100% performance based? He will effing quit after the first month of the season as he will not have enough to buy a case of Top Ramen.

Ignorance is probably bliss regarding what this staff makes, but what the heck...

I just like how rather than spending $440,000 on a good offensive coordinator, we spend $220,000 each on Dana Dimel and Del Miller to be run game coordinator and pass game coordinator.

Fire Cosh and fire either Dimel or Miller (Snyder calls the plays anyway), and we could afford to pay a DC more than what Venzy makes.

i mean, yeah, we could make a big "FIRE LHC Bill Snyder!!!!!" board, but something like this might be more effective.  Gets people talking.

It would be incredible to add Cosh surfing on the wave with a big smile on his face.  Any pictures would probably run into the same problem that the Hugginistas shirts ran into though.

I'm all for a good meltdown. Believe me. I've been melting down over Snyder 2.0 since Day 1.  The CU home loss was also an example of a great meltdown oppy.

This, however, is like melting down over the sun rising in the east.
