Luckily the pipes that would be a problem this time broke like 2 or 3 years ago when we had an extended 0ish time period. Got them fixed and added some electric pipe heaters that kick on automatically. Seems to be holding up.
Sounds like they will be implementing rolling blackouts. Anyone experiencing this yet?

My pipe is still exposed and the drywall is off so the world is my oyster.

Per my inside source Evergy is shutting off power every 8 hours for 30 minutes at a time.
some people that live near me have lost power

The Gardner Edgerton metro is still powered on
Maybe I should run a cord to one of my turbines. Sounds serious.
in the end, EMAW will always win.

I don't know if you'd want to put these in the wall.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002YWM3M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_SA0S4GV3CHY9FSHD0J38?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I'd foam the cavity. Batt sucks when it's compressed behind pipes.Sent from my moto g power using Tapatalk
