not cats related... but Negus Webster-Chan to Mizzou.

Final 2 was Mizz and Ia st., Hoiclones were already hedging their bets yesterday saying they had run out of scollys. Certainly sets the table for more epic Haithger vs Hoiclone battles in the near future.

I'm more worried about his adding yet another log to the Moose is going to KSU fire and Upshaw making us a finalist.  Too many bigs.  Makes me think we aren't getting Cauley....and Cauley is def. the one I want out of that group.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Upshaw comments on his final 4 of KSU, L'ville, G'town, and Fresno St. Personally, I was surprised that AZ didn't make the cut, but hey, I'll take it:

"A big reason for those four schools making the cut was the relationships he has with each of the coaching staffs still involved.

"I have a really good relationship with coach (Frank) Martin, coach (Rick) Pitino and Wyking Jones, I've gotten to know coach (John) Thompson and also coach (Rodney) Terry," Upshaw said.

Upshaw has heard a lot about each of the four programs left on his list, and now he'll set up visits to all of them."

rule changes might be necessary to allow Gipson and Upshaw in the paint at the same time.

i just like that kstate is able to get in the final four of a random west coast top 100 with no apparent connections (no offense to sixfiggs).

i'd prefer one or both of the mokans though, just because they're mokans.  i mean, do mokans always exceed expectations, or are they just always skilled and adorable?

oh, agree 100%.  mokans are gonna mokan is what I always say.  by which I mean they are always going to exceed expectations.  also, the very fact that we suddenly sprung up for said west coaster is what worries me.

I have a close family member close to cauley's uncle. his uncle played for one of our assistants, not sure which one, I assume underwood. anyway, the uncle hates the assistant and if cauley listens to the uncle he won't come to ksu. this is solid gold, the only question is how much stock cauley puts in his uncle's opinion.
