The more I see, the more I think the 2012 class in the KC/Wichita area is the best ever seen. So many good players at all positions.

Wessel is a stud.  He was Heights best player last year.  Ellis will obviously be better by the time they leave but Evan was better last year.  Dude is also a very good football player.

A stud? Um, not really. Nice player at the moment, Valley level, but a stud? Not buying. If he continues to grow, which it seems like he will, he's a very intriguing prospect. I know Marshall at WSU is hot after him.

Don't disagree, but I still think he is just as important as Ellis to that team, huge difference from a very good D1 point guard, than the other point guards Heights will see for the next 1+ years.  And of course you have to consider his growth potential when discussing him, I wasn't saying he is Big 12 ready now.   I wish he would just focus on basketball. 

Yes JW, he missed the first half of the season with a broken wrist from the 6A playoffs.

I like the kid and would like to have him at KSU.  BTW this Wessel conversation is in the wrong thread, he is a junior.

wessel doesn't play with them, correct?  is kstate actually recruiting him, as a 'ship player?  know his dad is big, like 6'9" or something, but he's pretty old to grow much.
