Tards are all over this.

If Frank turns in one more season similar to this, they may end him.

we need to pay a potential football recruit to tell a reporter he went to Tulsa instead of KSU because "I don't like smell of old people."

i'm honestly slightly surprised at how Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) our fans are.  shouldn't be, i admit, but i am.  martin should leave at the first good oppy.

they live amongst us, see the pinned "next coach" thread

This has nothing to do with 2012, but I don't care. This article was linked during the BYU game. It apparently has some mention of Jimmer in there. Anywho, can someone copy and paste the Curtis Kelly part? tia

810 had Anthony Beene on this morning and were talking about him beating KU in '94.  Durring the discussion, they brought up his son, AB jr, and noted that he is a highly rated pg/combo in the 2012 class.

Any chance we are looking into him?

A couple of links regarding AB Jr below, thread from Illinois St board is fairly informative, sounds like Iowa has offered and Arizona St, Mizz, and Nubb are interested, no trace of KSU Cats

espn updated their 2012 list.  smith moved in at 45.  'grats to him.

can't recall if gipson was on the 2011 list, but it feels like he was.  if he was, he has now been moved out.

Damn, didn't see that 1 coming, Smith must be legit(or as legit as a Top 50 'cruit can be), Telep hid his hand well.

As for Gip, I think Telep made it 1 of his 1st ords of business at ESPN to remove him from the Top 100.

The good news? All 3 of our future KSU Cats have earned the "90" ranking

The most definitive answer I can give you is "Not in the Top 25". FWIW though, the team with the 25th ranked class, Alabama, has 4 signees, a 96(High 4 star), a 91, an 89, and an 88. So, we're sort of in the ballpark but lacking that headliner that would put us into consideration for being ranked(with that "headliner" being the most difficult to land obviously). Linked below are class of '11 team rankings more or less through the fall signing period from the Big 3.

IMO, Smart and Ellis will sign somewhere else. Which Leaves cortesia who is a 3 star. SYS, where do you see him finishing overall.

three star.

if they don't lose anyone else before the 2012 class finishes, i'd expect the lone 'ship to go to a big.  but i imagine something will happen before then.

It seems like the write ups on AJPC make him more of a wing than a post.  I could see us giving him a scholarship, but other than Ellis, is there anyone on the radar?

It looks like it's mainly Ellis...and then AJPC.  If we can get Smart, we look to clear space.

I'm probably looking pretty simplistically on this, and a lot will change between now and November, but right now, this seems to be where we've laid a lot of the groundwork.

I'm not sure where Cauley fits into this.

Cauley sounds a lot like JHR in the descriptions heard on this and other boards.  Is this accurate?    Seems like everyone likes him because of his size, but that he isn't very awesome yet and may not become awesome.  Sounds like a gamble.  The kind we lose on.

Cauley scored 40 the other night.  I know it's HS, but I can't imagine JHR ever scoring 40 at any level.

perry, cauley & haughton are all bigs.  i'm sure there are others that we don't know about (maybe that juco guy that was placed a while back?  joell james is interesting, but there is nothing linking kstate as of now).

not sure on bigness of perez.  i don't place any importance on emawness of cauley at the time of his last emawness report.  just my imo re that.

Don't know if it's a glitch or not, but AJPC was downgraded on ESPN from ****/92 to **/88.

A four point diff is equivalent to two stars?  Seems ridic.

Something's weird.  Probably will be sorted out by tomorrow.
