I don't think you got that 1.5 rate.

Seems to me they are trying to get me to burn up my points. Great option though for those who could use it right now with less travel and job uncertainty.

Delta cancelled my flights for July and said they’re going to give me eCredit. I payed with miles. Shouldn’t I get the miles back plus refund for the taxes instead? Which is better value? 5 flights booked at 31k plus $56 tax each.

I cancelled a chase rewards flight and they also have a dollar credit. And one way was United and the other was Hawaiian so it's a real pain

CSR justifying its existence. 5x at gas stations, 1.5 for the pay yourself back thing this quarter, travel credit applied to gas and groceries for rest of year.

I'm enraged that I'm sitting on two companion passes and not flying my dozens of children all over the place
