Was there anybody there?  When I was there in bball season went to the Australian and not one other cat fan there.


Some I'm tempted to go with the Barclays card....am I just being a dumb to not do the Ink?  I've already pushed the limit on # of Chase cards lately is one reason I'm hedging

applied for SPG a while back... probably at least 6-8 months ago but didnt activate the card and called to say i didnt want to open the account. SPG said okay no problem and i asked if i could still get the bonus if i decided to apply later and they said yes.

called last night to ask where my bonus was and they said because i had a previous account i didnt qualify. im thinking about calling again today and letting them know thats BS...

UPDATE: they are giving me the spend bonus but not the first purchase 10K bonus.

So I'm sharing a hotel room with some friends this weekend, and I booked the reservation. Now one of the four wants to make the hotel split the bill when we arrive so she can get her credit card points...Is that annoying or is my annoyance misplaced?

Well the problem is that there is actually a fifth person staying with us on one night only and also we are splitting the gas. And I don't really know the exact amount yet (taxes, fees)...so it would just be a lot easier to calculated what each person owes after the fact and settle up then.
