generally I think AA is your best bet out of ICT. ICT-DFW-CDG.

hmm, getting mixed advice when I talk to folks about Paris for just 4 nights vs. all-inclusive Cabo for 4 nights. 24 hours of flying + extra day off work + jet lag vs. 6 hours of flying. But of course The Vendome Hyatt is usually mentioned as one of the most baller hyatts. DECISIONS DECISIONS

that's how I was leaning but I talked to a group of friends who have done both cabo and paris and they were like, crap yeah do Paris, who cares about the jet lag when you get back.

i think i'd be more inclined to say that if i didn't feel like you'd ever have a chance to make it out to paris again and that this was "your window".  but i'm not.

Paris would make for a better "lol look what I did just from reading the gE credit card thread" memory, but cabo would probably make for a more relaxing vacation.  If you'll have other times to take a relaxing vacation and this is just to make the craziest use of miles/points, do paris.

Did not know there was a 100k mile AA card. Is AA worth it?

Not sure why, but I've kind of lost my direction in the cc game and need some guidance as to which cards to go for next. Already have 70k+ URs (Chase Ink Bold + kstategrad) and like 40k US Airways miles, and for some reason feel like I should save the other Chase cards for later. Not sure why I feel like I need to hold off on getting all the Chase cards.

Should I just double down on UR, or should I expand to Amex, AA, Delta (lol), or something else? (Also not interested in SW right now--Mrs. WonderMeal has companion pass.)

Primary objective is domestic travel for buds/family who are not and maybe one big trip for me and Mrs. WonderMeal to like Buenos Aires or Italy or something. GIVE ME DIRECTION I AM LOST.

Need to get a hotel in NYC for probably 3 nights in October (Thu/Fri/Sat or Fri/Sat/Sun).  Have 43k SPG points, and had the SPG card about 2 years ago... Also have 101k HHonors points, and have never had a Hilton Card.

Any suggestions?

I need to book flights to boston for august and I was short 2,005 AA points. It is holding my reservation for 5 days waiting for points to post to the account or for me to buy points.

I transferred spg points to make up the difference, but that crap says it takes up to FOUR WEEKS! is that for real? Also if I buy pts it can take up to 3 days?? so should I wait two days for the spg to maybe post and then buy them if they havent? I don't really want to wait any longer, these AAdv flight availabilities are drying up quick.

Is there any secret method that I dont know about but should be using?
