steve do we have an uber thread or did we just post in here? cant find one. anyways, heard anything about lyft and their Omaha/kc launch?

Lyft seems really weird/causal to me....if I'm paying somebody to drive me I don't want to buddy up in the front seat and fistbump....but I signed up and you should as well.  You get 25 rides for free for signing up now during launch.

Uber, even UberX, feels more professional from my experience.

If you are in KC, get Z-Trip....it's cheaper than a cab if going around 5 miles (ala Plaza to downtown after boozing).  Under 5 miles they charge you $15 still so super short trips a cab is a better deal.  Use "iloveztrip" promo code and get $5 credit (as do I if you use that code). Z-Trip is basically a townie version of Uber ran by the KC Transportation group stronghold...but their cars are clean and have been reliable the 4-5 times I've used them.

BA may never come again, no one knows.    AA - why yes, that's why I'm just wrapping up my second card's worth this year.

Gooch has some BA and UR (~100k of each?), but we are probably going to use most of those this summer. SW is the only miles card I myself have gotten.

yeah I guess Delta is the only one that could get you to Rome in one stop year-round. (although American through ORD is seasonal). So do the BA card and Chase Sapphire.
