I'm still hanging by a thread on my Royal fanning.

BUT if I even hear the words "trade" and "salvy perez" in the same sentence, IM OUT. seriously not even rough ridin' kidding.

Dude can't throw out anyone.
He's an above average defensive catcher, and an excellent hitter. Probably best player on our team, and it's not even close.

I know but he really struggles throwing runner out.  I thought he'd be better.

he was supposed to be amazing at it. they kept raving about his 1.6 pop time or whatever.

i hate the royals. can't just make some common sense moves and win a few ball games. it's too effing difficult apparently.

need 8 years, no 10, no 12.. and we put up with it and actually let ourselves trust them.

#teamdiscouragefanwalkup  but seriously, selig and glass are best buds. they could give 2 effs about us so long as the royals are profitable.

Here we are and Salvy is setting team records for pick offs and is 2nd in the MLB in stolen base %.

The Royals (1985) have a playoff drought SEVEN YEARS LONGER than the next team (Pirates, 1992). The Blue Jays, amazingly, are next (1993).

Ouch.

You ever seen that Seinfeld where Jerry and George sneak into a limo and have no idea how to behave?  That's what it felt like being the the Sprint Suite right next to the owners suite last night.

you made up that cookie and brownie plate, collected your things and walked out like a boss buddy. also, grabbing like 30 schedules before exiting the suites and mingling with the commoners was top notch.

Seitzer fired, yost looking to hire from within.

I'd say that has to mean Brett, but I think he's perfectly happy with his job that lets him get pantsshittingly drunk in a suite and talk to the media once in a while.

dayton gonna dayton..

axe the 1st base coach in-season, then the hitting coach day after season's-end. scapegoat upon scapegoat.

meanwhile, he retains his job, yost is gonna chill on a tractor for a couple months, and then come spring we can do it all again.

royals fans are complete sheep. we keep buying the worst product on the market, year after livelong year.
