the inaugural year of the rockies when they played at old mile high my family went (sw ks so denver as close as kc) to a home stand against the david justice/fred mcfriff braves. there were 7 home runs one game. saw deon sanders hit an inside the park. just a tremendous few games.

I went to the first ever Rockies game when I lived out in Colorado as a young pup. A close family friend donated the opening day grass there and hooked us up. Got there early for batting practice and I got a homerun ball from the Big cat himself, Andres Galarraga.  :gocho:
