He did try and slowpitch / slow curve Miggy.  Miggy was having none of that.

Hoo boy it's dead in here. The Royals city connect jerseys are very disappointing, they are plain as crap. The rest of these city connect jerseys took big swings; Boston, Miami, Washington, the KC one, along with San Fran, are easily the most milquetoast. San Fran's actually looks like something that's actually milk toast.

I'm surprised he went this long before getting hurt, seeing the injury article come in was as predictable as the sun rising in the east. I like the guy as a person and player, but yeah, he's just not reliable and effective enough to be a major league ball player. He's the opposite of Cal Ripken Jr.

They don't make a lot of switch hitting shorts stops, with rapid speed and mlb genetics these days. I hate that he gets hurt all the time, but DFA'ing would be dumb AF.

It's not that big of a deal considering we have two other gold glove short stops on the team. We just slide them into his spot whenever he gets hurt.
