infante is a decent bet to have a rebound season.  assuming he can be made healthy.  he's older, but not really that old, there's no obvious reason why his production should have completely cratered, almost overnight.

you should get the wizard of hoz shirt. you a gooch will look like a stud couple supporting our stud corner infielders.

I already have a Hos shirt but I could probably use another. Gooch is going to cover the corners on his own apparently because once he gets his newest order he'll have both of their jerseys.

My Salvy jersey is on backorder.  :curse:

Whenever I watched the royals it seemed like he was getting hits. But then they'd show his average and I was like "oh".

a good option for the royals would be to PI him until he quit, thus voiding his contract.

I like how the wizard of hoz shirt is obscenely wrinkled. It's like, how do you want the pic of the shirt we are selling to look? Just crumple it up a few times toss it on the table and snap the picture.

Shirt would look much better if it was pressed before taking pix, this makes us gals think it will have to be ironed (a tee shirt?)!

Sign Zobrist, if they can't get a hometown discount on gordo, have Zo play left.  Let Orlando and Dyson platoon in right.  Sign a pitcher.  Is Zimmer or whatever his name getting called up next year to pitch?

So you're saying there's 0% chance that Gordon stays?

I think Zimmer will pitch for the Royals next year, but probably not at the beginning of the season.

No. I'm saying there's a 0% chance we get a hometown discount. If we want him, we can sign him, but Alex wants to see what his value is before signing. He couldn't do that by signing a team friendly deal earlier (like last spring). He wants to stay, but he also wants to be able to tell GMDM that the Cubs offered him 5 years 85 million for leverage.

That doesn't necessarily mean we won't get a hometown discount. It may just mean that Gordon wants to nudge the Royals in his direction.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.
