i guess i don't really understand pitching medlen tonight.  i guess maybe you want to keep him sharp, and i guess the chance that you'd want him for tons of innings tomorrow is low.  but still

The "foul line" should turn 90 degrees to the dugout at the bases. The seats are the new foul lines and I dunno what you do with home runs, I guess keep the poles for those

can the amount of area between the infield foul line extended (old foul line) and the seats still be whatever the stadium designers want?

how about moving the home run poles towards center from where they are now as well.  so you can't get that cheap home run right down the line (the old line).

Obviously

then i like it.  would punish the teams with slow corner outfielders.  they deserve to be punished.

It's a dumb move. Let Madson pitch 8th. Then Madson is only guy that can't go 2mrw

Now Medsie only can go 2.0 tops 2mrw if needed.

It's only one, but it feels great.  No sweep (sorry _33)!

Extra innings game 1
Blow out game 2
Blow out game 3

game 4 should be interesting!

i really like the wild pitch idea.  you get all of the strategy and second guessing on whether batters should run or stay and continue batting.  "should he have gone on that one, tom?"  "i don't think he could have made it, bill.  you have to make your decision so fast, and with the angled backstop here, blah, blah, etc."

Yeah, seems really unfair that the batter just has to watch a ball roll around for 30 seconds
