Salvy might be the best catcher off all time for the Royals and you're acting like his hitting is the only reason why. He's a very average hitter.

being a starting pitcher would be a pretty good job. if you don't mind the surgeries and whatnot.
The batter should be able to run on wild pitches
I have some other rule changes that I think would be positive for the game, but I'm not sure if the world is ready for them
