Someone a month ago was arguing that he's like our second best reliever or something

Same idiot said the current game 4 starter should be left off roster completely

, but he's better defensively than perez.
What in the world?

faster pop time, stronger arm, better at blocking pitches.  dunno about pitch calling and all of that stuff.

It's one game. Color me disappointed but not concerned in the slightest and we still get 9 more outs

baseball is a funny game

hell the royals have a great chance to still sweep

it takes 27 outs to win most games, and 27 outs are hard to get

Well pitch calling most of the time is from our pitching coach, but I still can't believe you think our back up catcher is better defensively vs our gold glover/all star catcher.

Pretty obvious the Royals want to win this in KC.  Also being thoughtful to Mets fans and giving something to cheer about.  MLB should thank us.

he's a career .200 hitter.  the only reason he's a mlb player is his defense.

i just looked him up.  he's actually a career .185 hitter.  six years in the league.

Madsen needs to pitch 7th/8th if possible. Can't use Medlen, don't want to use Davis.
