also, if this was cueto would you pull him now?  you cueto acolytes can talk about quick hooks all you want, but the simple fact is that a pitcher can damage a team's chances of winning far faster than a manager recognize his ineffectiveness and get him out.

and that's even assuming yost would display a quick hook.  something he's never shown.

That's what I was worried about. Everyone agreed we'd have a quick hook for him, but it's hard to break habits that hate been reinforced for 8 months.

If I were the manager, in a postseason game like this, I wouldn't send my guy back out there in the 2nd unless it was Arrietta, Greinke, etc.
