I disagree kinda. He's always bailing out when times get tough. It was nice to see him work through a mess for once before tapping out himself. It will help him get his confidence back again.

i don't care about developing him (yost prolly wasn't, just wanted him to stay in long enough to get credited with a win), i want to win today's game.

Finnegan .....
Done a pretty nice job as our long reliever guy.  He does walk too many (12)
In his 21.1 he has only allowed 11 hits with an ERA just above 2.00
Relievers with 20 Innings minimum, his .159 ave allowed is 7th best among AL Relievers
Wade is 5th, Madson 8th in the AL

I won't blame a guy for being aggressive and trying to take 3rd with one out, but there was no chance of him getting there without a bad throw.

it'd be one thing if he was consistently overaggressive.  but he'll eff up being tentative one play, aggressive the next, just Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) the third time around.  the only thing you can count on is that he's rough ridin' up.
