The Yankees really want zobrist tho.

Yeah, lots of teams really want him, and there's good reason.

Royals should throw a deal at them for Zorilla and Kazmir.

Kazmir just left his last start with an injury.

He had bicep tightness, was fine after the game and shouldn't miss a start.

Says the team trying to trade him.

The A's aren't trying to trade anyone right now.

Well, simply put, the best GM in baseball wants to deal with any and everyone.

What a catch by Dyson. It's a DP and not a RBI double

Rumblings that they'll be taking and listening to offers, his stock has never been higher.

How do you record a dropped 3rd strike with runner interference?

I know he had a book and movie about him, but his teams have never won so much as an ALCS game.  He isn't even the best GM in the Bay Area.

8 weeks for Gordo according to McCullough

fantastic news.  with the better pitchers getting healthy again, they've got more than enough of a lead to cruise to the division win.  he'll be back for the playoffs, that's all that matters.

Didn't realize that, but still would take Mozeliak, Dombrowski and maybe Hoyer over Beane.  Beane changed the way people think about the game and building a team, I just think he's been caught up to and passed as a GM. Honorable Mention for Amaro Jr.
