Hope level that the following starters will contribute well the rest of the year on a 1-10 scale (10 is I expect it, 1 is lol, yeah right!):

1. Duff: 8
He was pretty good in April, and pitched a great game against the Tigers on 4/30

2. Yordano: 6
Sys or somebody pointed out that his WHIP is down this year, and all his perefial numbers are about what they were last year, yet he's had such a weird time with runners on. He had a few games where he was really, really good. The health worries me.

3. Medlin: 5
Just no way to know.

4. Cueto: 2
Its possible, I guess, but I'm not holding my breath.

5. Hammels: 1.
I don't know if we'll touch that contract.

Any game that we win with Blanton or Pino is stealing. We are stealing baseball games. If Duff comes back and pitches well, I bet we stay put at the deadline.

Then spend the rest of the broadcast talking about the non-suck team

I'm glad I'm listening tonight using my "new" vintage radio that my wife got me. It's exactly like the one my Dad had when I was a kid that we listened to games on.
