honestly, the Guts game Monday was terrible, other than that we've been in every game. we'll take 2 of 3 from cleveland and at least the same from texas

i'm pretty confident vs cleveland, but texas seems like a scary team.  hopefully beltre is out.  i think i saw something like that.

Hosmer's last HR was 5/14 at Texas, Moose had one Wednesday in NY, but only has 2 since April 21. It would be nice if those guys hit a HR each tonight to start out this homestand.

even if you fail, you probably get a double, right?  nothing wrong with a double.

Orlando's OPS in May was .536. Alex Rios is not going to make 11 million dollars to be benched for a guy who in the month of May had zero walks, 3 extra base hits, and a .234 on base. We need big boy production in RF sys. I like Paulo's story too, and hope he's back in September, but he had as good an opportunity as he'll ever get, and we saw why he's a 29 year old rookie.

his defense (and dyson's) makes up for a big chunk of the difference offensively between them and rios.  and it's not like rios has torn the league up in recent years.  moore did well with the signings this off-season (at least, it looks like it for now), but i think he mumped up with rios.  should have spent that money on pitching and lived with cheap defense in right field.

it'd be more fun to watch too.

Paulo was going to get worse before he got better, and Dyson is becoming an automatic out
