That's interesting.$3m more to go after Santana or one more decent starter i hope. The $3m isn't going to do much, but...QuoteDavid Lesky ?@DBLesky 57m$3 million off Guthrie's deal, $10 million in Hoch and Davis, $3 million in Bonifacio. That's $16 million, aka the cost of a FA starter.who is going to take those 3 off our hands? or are we redoing their deals?just a hypothetical. Doesn't seem like they would just re-do JGut's deal to save $3m. I think there is another move(s) coming. who do you personally wanna go after 'meister? I mean, Santana, right?

Prediction: Ervin Santana signs for less than Jason Vargas somewhere else and then talks about how he wanted to come back to KC.

i'm going to let myself hope right up until opening day and then shut that mother down.
did you guys know the Royals were an abysmal 8-20 in the month of May, and yet still won 86 games? wow.
no wait. no, let me re-think that. i think i'll just let myself believe and completely buy in when they start 20-14 or something, buy a 40 game tix package or whatever and then watch the boys in blue promptly go on a 14 game losing streak
