Posse Stat of the day.....

Cuthbert has 22 RBI in last 124 ABs.  Pretty sweet ratio hitting anywhere from 6th to 9th

Yanks won in 11 over Clev.  That's a good thing.

Gotta win tommorrow, go 3-1 in series. Hope 22-11 or better awaits (33 game stretch)in our future in next 5 weeks

We are a better team without Alex Gordon.  It's just very sad that we signed that guy to a long term contract.

Gee is terrible.  I would've rather had young starting when we're at home

starting geesie over youngsie has cost us the game.  what a horrible, horribly stupid decision.  someone should be fired.

The DH is one of the greatest inventions ever, we all know that. Nobody wants to see pitchers hit. Why doesn't the AL take it one step further and not let pitchers field? Draw a second set of lines near the pitcher's mound, and if a ball is hit between them on the ground, it's a foul ball.

I was originally going to suggest the batter would be out, but i think a foul ball is more reasonable

that would break the flow of the game.  it would make more sense to add a 10th position player (df) and have him play adjacent to the pitcher.  balls contacting the pitcher would be automatic singles.

i'd like to see the designated runner added first, though.

supposedly they're good at defense, but every time i look up they're doing something bad on defense so i dunno.

the df would be all over bunts.  actually, that's a problem because bunts are great fun and i'd hate to disadvantage them.

In my mind's eye there is still loads of room to get a bunt down, it just can't go in the pitcher's area in foul territory. If anything, people would bunt more since the fielder would have to come from third or first base

Same rules apply, if you bunt into the pitcher's area with two strikes, it's strike three and you're out

Pitcher fielding isn't an issue imo. If they don't want to field then strike the guy out pretty simple smdh
