Hey Havs when is a realistic timeline for anything happening to JTS?

My guess would be 3-4 years. The stadium is going to be sold out for every game this season, but I doubt anything will happen unless it is full for a couple more seasons. Iowa State has a good number of donors, but the project needs one "big" donor to truly catapult the movement for expansion. Paul needs to win more or that donor won't come forward. I realize the general consensus of fans on this board is that overall capacity is an archaic way of measuring success, but when there is a stadium as bad acoustically as Jack Trice, it really needs that endzone bowled in with fans in the new seats.

Then I guess the question you have to ask yourself is:  What can brown do for you?

How does ku fan know how much K-State gets paid.

K-State has a new contract with Nike and Nike doesn't allow its client schools to disclose the terms of their contracts anymore.

Plus resident ku fans don't understand the difference between contract value and cash payout.   The shoe companies value their contracts at the full amount of the equipment and the cash, and the equipment is typically valued at full MSRP.
