We all have our crosses to bear. English composition was not one of my strong suits. Please forgive me  omnipotent one. JT's cross is his inability to be socially unacceptable and bed wetting, among other less savory.

Now, you're just toying with us.

It's like you're obviously extremely rich but then you throw us all off by pretending to not have a remedial grasp of the English language with your improper usage of words, incomplete sentence structure, fragments, etc.

That's why I doubt the internet millionaire claims.  I mean, to get a job you have to write a cover letter, or at the very least be able to spell your own name right on the application.

Longhorns will hurt in the long run with NU leaving.  :frown:

Austin will dry up and blow away.

As long as I have a spelling/grammar boner (which is always), I would like to ask Steve Dave a pointed question relating to this thread: have you learned how to spell 'definitely' yet?

No hard feelings bro, just wondering.

No, I spell very teribly.  But, I'm not a school teacher so spelling isn't really a concern

EDIT:  I'd also probably get owned by a bunch of 6th graders in:
-state capitals
-division tables
-fruit fly hereditary box chart things where you discover if they will have wrinkled wings or regular wings
-knowing what an adjective, adverb, etc. mean

Pfffffft, cover letter my ass.  I was offered my job, did not apply they wanted me.  You see, people who are elite, get noticed and get better jobs.  They don't give a crap if your grammer is perfect, and as long as my wordprocessor has spell check and a thesoraus I'll be fine (this board and explorer do not have said applications).

When my brother was in 2nd grade he had to learn all of the state capitals, so my parents got this computer program that teaches that kind of stuff (it was like 1993) and I hadn't even started school yet.  I loved playing that state capital game on that sick IBM.  I knew all of the state capitals before I even started 1st grade.   :gocho:

Junction City plus a capitol?  Are you sure you didn't go to Topeka?

You just KNOW the merchants in Ann Arbor are really excited to have a dirt poor fanbase flood their coffers with couch pennies and coupons.

Here's a mnemonic device from professor SkinnyBenny that will help yous guys remember the diff. between when to use capitAl and when to use capitOl.  To remember the difference, think about our extremely elite CTR rivals and their home city.

You use capitAl when you're referring to the capital city.  You can remember this because Austin is the capitAl of Texas.
You use capitOl when you're referring to the actual capitol building.  Within the capitOl building of Texas (and nearly every other state) is a rOtunda.

Everybody say it.  Austin is the capitAl city of Texas.  In the capitOl building, with an O, is the rOtunda.
