currently have easy access to the finest cheeses in all of KC, interestingly enough, found at a store called "Better Cheddar"

Not a big fan of smoked cheese. Hyvee got a decent selection of specialty cheeses(prolly doesnt compare to beddar cheddar), I usaully try a new one every trip"
