I expect the Chiefs to be back to their normal selves.

18 years since their last playoff win.

Only 11 playoff appearances since 1972, 3-11 in playoff games over that stretch.

Good to see that the Chiefs continue to reaffirm themselves as one of the worst Franchises in the NFL.

Ya, I don't see Powe or Toribio being anything special. I still think we need to pick up another NT or DE.

The numbers don't lie. In the last 39 seasons they've made only 11 playoff appearances, they are 3-14 in playoff games since the 1972 season, and they haven't won a playoff game since 1993.

Mellinger's article yesterday pretty much summed up how lucky they Chiefs were last year and brought plenty of clarity to the beat down the Ravens put on them in the playoff game.

Agreed - I think they performed better than most expected them too. Weak schedule was certainly a large portion of that, but they did get notably better at several skill positions...IMO.

If the mental requirements of NT aren't too difficult for him, Powe could be a heck of a player. He's got the frame for it..

As an EMAW I would think being a Chiefs fan would be a rather natural fit.. Not sure what to make of dax using squawk logic here

The also "got better" at QB and WR last year. Bowe was a terror the last 2/3 of the season and Cassell improved from one of the worst QBs to a middle of the pack QB.
