Probably discussed earlier ITT and I know it was the right call by advanced metrics, etc but it is was still very weird for me to see the Chiefs down the ball instead of taking the TD at the end of the game. Basically, Butker just has to connect on a PAT which is close to a sure thing but still not 100%. Worked out perfectly for the Chiefs, I guess.
Also, is it weird that the Chiefs offense is so good without a household name (eg Emmitt Smith, Jamaal Charles, Beastmode) as a starting RB?
It was the only acceptable move. If Chiefs go up 7 there is a 100% chance Philly would go for 2 if they scored and a 95% chance they get the conversion and win.
RBs haven't been the key position to championships in a long, long time. You're way better off focusing on corners, edge rushers, tackles, and WRs.
