He hit it out of the park in last year's draft. I think he's a good GM, but I also don't like to pretend he's been perfect.

Show me a GM that's perfect. It's a risk-reward job and I'd go to vegas with him vs any other GM out there these days.

Word is that the Chiefs have asked about Metcalf and Lockett.  I think Lockett could do some of the things Hill did at a better value.  He can't do all of the things Hill did, but if end up with something close to a first rounder, Lockett, and $13m in additional cap space out of it then I'm pretty happy.

Locket would be perfect if he came at the right price I think. I have a hard time believing we could get DK without overpaying.

That's fair, but we we're running so hot going into that draft, with no major needs at that point (at that point!). He definitely missed on that pick. Our scrubs looking great in the postseason last year at the position proved that last year. I hope they go and get Hunt to help out with this new version of the offense.

The CEH pick was maybe his worst pick that he has made so far.  I think he relied too much on Mahomes' opinion there.  We could have had Jonathan Taylor instead.
